7. 7. Mandatory Arbitration & Waiver of Court Proceedings

   By using this platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware. These terms and any dispute shall be governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflicts of law. You expressly waive any right to seek relief in any court of law, to a trial by jury, or to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and you waive any right to consolidate or join claims with others. Any dispute regarding the enforceability, interpretation, or scope of this arbitration agreement shall be decided solely by the arbitrator, not any court. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You further waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court, including but not limited to claims seeking to restrain, modify, or enjoin platform operations.

   If any provision of these disclaimers is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

   These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NextTicker.ai regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

    Sections 1, 3–7 shall survive any termination of your use of the platform.
